Eligibility
Direct purchases made through our Lemon Squeezy checkout are eligible for a full refund when requested within 30 calendar days of purchase. Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or repeated purchase-and-refund behavior.
How to request a refund
Email hello@jiffyrecord.com from the address used at checkout and include your order number. We will confirm the request and process approved refunds through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
After a refund
Your license will be deactivated after a refund. Processing time at your bank or payment provider may vary.
